Each cut is one interaction from an app you already know, rebuilt live. Turn on the X-ray to see the bones: every state, edge case, key, motion and copy decision it is made of, named. Keep the ones you want and steal a ticket your tool can build from.
1 · Taste
Use the real thing on the plate. Keyboard and all.
2 · X-ray
Pins mark the bones. Press the keys they name and watch them light.
3 · Steal
Untick what you do not want. Copy a deterministic ticket in your tool's dialect.
One cut at launch, on purpose: the ticket compiler, the X-ray and the Steal flow had to be right before the second cut, or every later cut would inherit whatever was wrong. More cuts follow the same anatomy. If you want a specific interaction next, say so on the board.
